"...a race-based consent decree negotiated by Democrats against the Republican National Committee a generation ago still has tied the RNC’s hands, and GOP officials could be cited for contempt – or worse – if they try to make sure American elections are clean.... The case is the Democratic National Committee vs. the Republican National Committee, originally from 1982. Democrats alleged Republicans were trying intimidate minority voters in New Jersey and brought the legal action. The RNC, inexplicably, decided to agree to a consent decree before a Democrat-appointed judge rather than fight the claims....
"The decision requires the RNC – but not the DNC – to “refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor...” The law has remained, even though the RNC recently challenged it at the appellate level only to be turned down.... It now is pending before the U.S. Supreme Court...."Poll watcher sees Romney's ballots changed: "Up to 10 percent of the ballots cast at a polling station in Pennsylvania reverted to a default, which gave Barack Obama a vote no matter who the voter had selected.... The incident took place in the state where officials claimed Obama got a total of 19,605 votes in 59 voting divisions to zero for Mitt Romney and not far from the 100 precincts in Ohio where Obama got 99 percent of the vote, a feat not even achieved by third-world dictators. ... W.H. Petition Calls for Stripping Citizenship and Exile for Anyone Who Signs Petition to Secede: [NOTE: Texas now has 78,000 signatures on their petition to secede from the union. And tonight we heard a report that the Ohio National Guard is being sent to Texas.] ....
"Mr. President, please sign an executive order such that each American citizen who signed a petition from any state to secede from the USA shall have their citizenship stripped and be peacefully deported,' the full petition reads.... As of this writing, [only] 2,205 have signed the petition; 22,795 more signatures are needed for the issue to be addressed by the White House."
30 States Petition Federal Government to Secede After Election: "A massive number of petitions are currently circulating on Change.org, a website designed to call for action by the federal government or ...calling for particular states to be granted permission to secede.... Texas’ petition has over 40,000 signatures, well over the 25,000 necessary to reach the attention of the President."

The Death of Reason: "During the past week I spent a good deal of time outside the early voting center in Columbus. I saw the evidence of the complete breakdown of the election process. The cheating was obvious to anyone who took the time to notice. Obama-buses poured into the center weighted down with indigents from all across Franklin County. As they exited the bus they were handed a Democrat slate card and herded into the building. No ID was accepted…notice I didn’t say required…accepted. The poll workers refused to look at an ID even if you offered one. Busses full of Somalis were shepherded through. Some were unable to speak English so they were given a 'translator' to 'assist' them in casting their ballot...and fill out the ballot according to the slate card they had been given." Voter Fraud: Obama Won 108% of Registered Voters in Ohio County: "Let’s face it. Obama won the election. Just like Putin and Ahmadinejad did theirs. The only difference is that unlike Iranians and Russians, Americans won’t be gathering in the streets to protest their disenfranchisement at the hands of the corrupt Democratic Party machine.
"First, he received over 99% of the vote in districts where GOP inspectors were illegally removed. Next, he won 100% of the vote in 21 districts in Cleveland. Well, he’s gotten another lucky break! ...106,258 people in Wood County are registered to vote out of an eligible 98,213. [See ARTICLE]
Fraud: Some told they already voted, others brag about voting multiple times: "A number of voters across the country received a bit of a shock when they were told by poll workers on Tuesday they had already voted, even though they hadn't. At the same time, others bragged on Twitter about voting multiple times.
"Townhall's Guy Benson reported that a former GOP official was informed that he had already voted when he arrived at his polling place in Alexandria, Virginia.'I got inside, they set me up, I gave the woman my ID, and I told her my address. She said, 'it seems you've voted absentee.' Then she realized she'd read the sheet wrong. 'No, it says here that you've already voted,' she told me,' he said....Basically, I was told I'd already voted, but I hadn't."

Union Threatens Resident Aliens with Deportation if They Don’t Vote for Obama: "'I met with two immigrant non-citizens who are not eligible to vote, but who nonetheless are active registered voters for Tuesday’s election. They said they were signed up by Culinary Local 226.... They say the Culinary official who registered them to vote didn’t tell them what they were signing and didn’t ask whether they were citizens..."
